Benefits that Matter

Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

Coverage for peace of mind. Jarrett covers 50% of the premium cost for our three medical insurance options and we keep costs low for the employee-paid dental and vision insurance. All insurance plans begin after 30 days.

Paid Time Off

We all need time off. Employees receive paid time off after 30 days and earn time for each month worked.

Tuition Assistance

Never stop learning. Jarrett reimburses up to $5,000 per year in tuition costs for continuing education or certifications.

401k Matching

Plan for your future. Jarrett will match the first 3% of employee contributions dollar for dollar. 4% and 5% employee contributions are matched at 50% each.

Employee Referral Bonus

Refer people, earn money. Employees who refer hired employees are eligible to receive up to $500 in employee referral bonuses.

Wellness Program

Your health matters. Jarrett offers up to $445 per year in wellness reimbursements as well as a 50% discount to Zephyrs Fitness and CrossFit Orrville, right across the street from our headquarters.

Paid Holidays

Spend time with family. We observe eight paid holidays including the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve to give employees the maximum time off to spend with family. Paid holidays are separate from any paid time off that is earned.

Counseling Assistance

Mental health is important. We want employees to not only be cared for physically, but also mentally and emotionally as well. We offer reimbursements for employee counseling, which can be used anywhere.

WELLNESS PROGRAM

We care about the well-being of our employees, which includes their physical wellness. Our Wellness Program gives employees the opportunity to earn money into internal wellness balances to use towards anything related to health and wellness. Our employees can meet up to eight wellness goals twice per year to earn varying dollar amounts, totaling up to $445.00. As part of our Wellness Program, each employee is also offered a 50% discount on individual memberships at our Jarrett Fitness Facilities, Zephyrs Fitness and CrossFit Orrville. Both facilities are just a short walk from our Orrville building locations.

What types of insurance plans do you offer?

We offer three types of medical insurance plans: a traditional insurance plan, a lower deductible Health Savings Account plan, and a higher deductible Health Savings Account plan. We also offer dental, vision, and life insurance plans. We completely understand that insurance costs can play into the decision-making process, so we’re happy to offer a 50/50 premium split between the company and employee. We can provide insurance rates and plan information once a candidate enters the offer stage.

Which holidays do you take off?

We observe New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, we are closed the business day before or after.

How does Paid Time Off work?

Answer |

Paid time off is available after 30 days of employment. Jarrett has two buckets of time: vacation and personal time. We encourage employees to take time off each year, and as a result paid time off balances start over each year.

How much does a Zephyrs or CrossFit membership cost with the employee discount?

Zephyrs: An employee would pay $21.50 for a monthly membership, $57.50 for a quarterly membership, or $162.50 for an annual membership. CrossFit Orrville: An employee would pay $60.00 for a monthly membership, $165.00 for a three-month membership, or $600 for an annual membership.
