Zephyrs Fitness and CrossFit Orrville offer a wide variety of state-of-the-art fitness equipment and studio space to help you reach your goals. Our cardio machines, free weights, powerlifting area, open turf, and dedicated CrossFit facility are best followed by one of our signature post-workout smoothies at the Power Bar. We offer multiple CrossFit and CrossFit Kids classes each day, which is right next door to Zephyrs. Power Pose Nutrition is a one-on-one, online nutrition coaching company that specializes in helping clients reach nutrition related goals in a sustainable way. Power Pose offers personalized nutrition coaching, accountability, and resources to help you make intentional and educated choices each day.
