How do you determine compensation?
Compensation is determined at the end of the interview process before an offer is extended. Compensation is discussed between the HR department and the hiring manager, and ultimately is factored upon one’s education and previous work experience.

Most of our interviews take place at our company headquarters. Depending on the company you are interviewing with, one of the HR team members will give you a specific address.

Our office attire is business casual, so we would suggest business attire that you feel would best represent yourself during a first impression.
When will I hear back after my interview?

The length of time depends on the position you are applying for, but we strive to keep the entire process from application to offer within four weeks.
